If you participate in our early access program (including RecruitFlow early access), the following additional terms apply:

• Early access is provided as-is during the testing phase. Features may be incomplete or subject to change.
• XStrat may modify, suspend, or discontinue features during early access without prior notice.
• Early access pricing and terms are specific to the early access period and may change upon general availability.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XStrat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to XStrat's products, services, and website content are owned by XStrat. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
